Waldorf teacher training or entry into a Waldorf Training Program is required for any lead teaching position at WSL.

For the new teacher we provide outside mentorship, a strong colleague support and a mentorship program within the faculty. Our faculty work focuses on study, renewal and child study, while administrative work is done in our three councils.
