RESCHEDULED: Tuesday, December 14th – Winter Spiral:
Due to inclement weather predicted, Winter Spiral has been rescheduled. The location of the Winter Spiral will be the play yard behind the 2nd-grade classroom. See the timetable below to find your child’s class time. Parents will enter through the front office and will be escorted to the Winter Spiral when it is your child’s class time. Please arrive five minutes before your child’s class is scheduled. This is a reverent event for the children, and we ask that parents observe in a spirit of quiet peacefulness. Once your child’s class has left the play yard, you may leave in silence.
As a reminder, social distancing, wearing a mask, and performing an at-home health check prior to arrival is strongly recommended. For additional details and information about the event’s background and significance, click the button below:

Enrollment For 2022-2023
As we enter the holiday season, it’s hard to believe it’s time to begin thinking about the 2022-23 School Year. However, the groundwork is already being laid for another wonderful year at Waldorf!
Parent Education Night
Thanks to all of the families and faculty who attended our first Parent Education night of the year, and a very special thank you to WSL’s Parent Association for organizing the event! The meeting’s theme was “Waldorf 101: How to bring Waldorf into your home and support your child’s learning“. If you weren’t able to join, teachers and parents discussed strategies for bringing the Waldorf rhythm into their homes (especially over holiday break!), with touchpoints on definitions of basic Waldorf terms, stages of child development and the impact of media consumption on young minds.
We look forward to hosting additional opportunities for parents to deepen their understanding and become knowledgeable participants in the education of their kids!

Giving Tuesday Results
We are so grateful for our generous community, and we’re so pleased to share that this year’s Giving Tuesday fundraising efforts raised over $825! The donations from grandparents, parents of alum, current parents, and current faculty will make a difference now and well into the future, as we continue our mission of inspiring life-long learning.
Thank You For A Magical Winter Fair
We appreciate all of the volunteers, staff, and vendors who helped this past Saturday to make our very first Winter Faire on our new campus an incredibly special one! The beautiful weather allowed attendees to enjoy all of the planned activities including a candy cane hunt and presentation by a falconer! If you weren’t able to join us this year, we hope you will become a part of this truly festive and enchanting festival tradition in 2022!
