The daily rhythm of our classes provides a valuable and
healthy balance of indoor and outdoor activities.
Young children learn and grow through play, imitation and modeling the behavior of the adults in their lives.
Students are provided ample time for unstructured outdoor play along with activities that are teacher-directed and support the development of healthy capacities.
Social and practical skills are also built through daily, weekly and seasonal activities like preparing and sharing snack time and working in the garden together.
Through these rhythms, children experience the changing seasons, celebrate festivals and holidays, and enjoy the gift of exploring and playing outside year-round as they learn.
