Athletics

Looks like Isla Fauver, Ani Fauver and Scarlett Caufield really hit the target at their first archery meet with WSL, held at the Academy for Individual Excellence!!! We’re so proud of all of our students who participated in their first ever event of this nature as representatives of Waldorf School of Louisville.

Community Feedback Requested

We would like to offer the Waldorf community an opportunity to provide feedback regarding our Board of Trustees nomination. Be it praise, previous experiences you’ve had with the trustees, concerns, or clarifying questions, we would love to hear from you.
Please send your feedback to boardchair@waldorflouisville.com by 6:00 PM Monday, February 20.

My name is Eric Scalf, and my family has been part of WSL since 2011. My two children, Duncan and Violet, are now both in middle school. My wife, Katherine, and I have been very involved members of the community throughout our tenure, and many of you may remember me from my previous board work. I first joined the WSL board of trustees in 2015, and spent 5 total years serving the school with my last 3 serving as board chair. I look forward to this opportunity to reconnect with our amazing and rapidly growing school and hope I can bring some historical relevance and council as we embark on new opportunities.

Lost & Found

So many items without homes have piled up in our offices that we’re starting a new cycle to reunite lost items with original owners, or to eventually pair them with a loving new home! Lost & Found is located  (x)- each month, items will be moved from there to the Community Association room (and displayed outdoors near pickup/dropoff on nice days!). Once they stay on the LOST & FOUND rack in the community association room for a month, they’ll move to our permanent clothing swap. Each rack in the CA room will be clearly labeled.
