Sasha Caufield is a native of Louisville Kentucky, where she resides with her husband and daughter. Sasha holds a BA in History, Anthropology, and an MA in Public History with an emphasis on Nonprofit Management.  Her background in Development has given her a range of experience with local arts and cultural organizations, and she remains a devoted museum goer and patron of the Arts. 

Sasha's experience working with students at the University of Louisville, in the Muhammad Ali Center's Education Department and with their Council of Students (MACCS), and with the World Affairs Council/ World Learning Youth Ambassadors Program, have inspired her to shift from the museum world into a more youth centric focus in her career. Inspired by the beautifully transformative  potential of Waldorf education, Sasha joined the school in 2017. After six years on the WSL Board of Trustees, she is now delighted to be serving as a member of the Administrative Team.
