Tuition and Fees for the 2025-2026 School Year

  • Application Fee for All New Students $150

    Non refundable fee for Pre-K, Kindergarten, Grades and Middle School Programs

    Sessions meet once per week for 10-weeks

  • Pre-K Program (5-day) $8,550

    Tuition (5 half-days, 8:30am-12pm, weekly)
    *Extended Care provided with additional cost if needed.

  • Kindergarten Program $8,550

    Tuition (5 half-days, 8:30am-12pm, weekly)
    *Extended Care provided with additional cost if needed.

  • Grades 1-5 $12,650

    Tuition (5 days, 8:30am-2:45pm, weekly)
    *Extended Care provided with additional cost if needed.

  • Grades 6-8 $14,450

    Tuition (5 days, 8:30am-2:45pm, weekly)
    *Extended Care provided with additional cost if needed.

  • Supply Fee (Per Child): Pre-K and Kindergarten $400

    This non refundable fee is paid once annually at the beginning of the school year. It pays for all supplies and equipment.

  • Supply Fee (per child): Grades 1-5 $500

    This non refundable fee is paid once annually at the beginning of the school year. It pays for all equipment including flutes and day field trips. Overnight field trips (Grades 3-5 only) that exceed this amount will be communicated prior to the field trip and billed to your TADS account.

  • Supply Fee (per child): Grades 6-7 $600

    This non refundable fee is paid once annually at the beginning of the school year. It pays for all equipment including flutes and day field trips. Overnight field trips that exceed this amount will be communicated prior to the field trip and billed to your TADS account.

  • Supply Fee (per child): Grade 8 $950

    This non refundable fee is paid once annually at the beginning of the school year. It pays for all equipment including flutes and day field trips. Overnight field trips that exceed this amount will be communicated prior to the field trip and billed to your TADS account.

  • Community Engagement Fee (Per child) $25
  • Deposit (per child) $1,000

    All programs include a $1,000 non refundable deposit paid upon the completion of enrollment and is required to reserve your child's space in the class. The deposit will be applied to tuition.

  • Instruments (Grades 4-8) Varies

    Violin, Guitar or Banjo is offered in Grades 4-8. Parents are responsible for the rental or purchase of the instrument. Private lessons are recommended.

  • Late Payment Fee $50

    These are one-time fees per occurrence, assessed after 15 days of delinquency.

  • Tuition Insurance 2.65% of tuition

    This fee will be assessed for all multi-installment Tuition Agreements and will be based on tuition.

  • Multi-Student Discount: Second Child 7.5% off tuition

    These discounts are available for Pre-K, Kindergarten, and all Grades Programs​.

  • Multi-Student Discount: Third plus Child 10% off tuition

    These discounts are available for Pre-K, Kindergarten, and all Grades Programs​.

Our school does not have scholarships or endowment funding. We offer tuition assistance for families that seek help, and qualify, with paying the full tuition. The school does not have a separate revenue source for these awards. The Board reviews and receives a recommended budget from the finance committee where the tuition contribution to revenue is calculated by forecasting the gross revenue and subtracting the financial aid awards. It is the duty of the tuition assistance committee to allocate awards in accordance with policies and best practices that are within these parameters and align with the school’s mission.  Families are required to contribute at least 50% of full tuition for each student.
